We have filed a complaint to ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission: ASIC is Australia's corporate, markets and financial services regulator) and will work with them to come to some resolution. Till than we advise:

• Not to provide any personal or sensitive information to those telemarketer.
• Try to discourage conversation with them.
• Warn them not to call you again and remove you from their call back list.

We are always here to help you, but in this scenario we can't take any kind of liability as an Australian Business.
